Highlights

Less busywork. More shipping.

Enter a ship or a port once. Paste a document only when it helps.

AI import — off by default

Paste a document. Check the draft.

An enquiry, a cargo list or an SOF can become a voyage, stowage items or a laytime table. You review every field before anything is saved. The feature is off until an admin turns it on. Then the request goes through OpenRouter’s EU servers; the document is not kept and not used for training.

  • Enquiry text → a prefilled voyage calculation
  • Cargo list → stowage items, ready for auto-stow
  • SOF → a drafted laytime time table

Shared foundations

Type a vessel once. Use it everywhere.

Vessels, ports and clients live in one library. Commercial, voyage and stowage all draw from it — so names and references stay consistent.

  • One vessel library across the whole suite
  • One port index for routing, autocomplete and distances
  • Consistent reference numbers on the commercial side

Your data stays yours

Hosted in the EU. Each company has its own database. AI import is off until you turn it on.

One database per company

Each company gets its own. Other firms cannot see your book — not even by accident.

Export, keep, delete

Take a ZIP of your data. You set how long records stay. Account deletion is permanent.

Support only with a reason

Time-limited, documented, and written to your audit log. No silent access.

Your way of working

Use the whole suite, or just parts of it

No forced process. Each module works on its own; they share lists when you want them to.

Run your chartering desk

Track enquiries and offers per client, keep the forward book on the timetable, and plan the next visit.

Check a voyage quickly

Distances, bunkers, port costs and TCE — recalculated when you change speed or rotation.

Plan a stowage

Bring in a cargo list, run an auto-stow proposal, check strength limits and export the plan.

Settle a laytime claim

Build the time table from the SOF, apply the C/P terms, and get demurrage or despatch.

Keep an eye on the fleet

Live positions, sea miles and canal routing on the map.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Each company has its own database. Access is by role. Admin changes go to the log. Support only enters with a documented reason, for a limited time, and that is written in your log.
Everything is hosted in the EU. Each company has its own database. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Details are in the privacy policy.
It is off until an admin turns it on for your company. Then requests go through OpenRouter’s EU servers (eu.openrouter.ai), with Zero Data Retention: the document is processed and discarded, not stored and not used for training. You check the draft before anything is saved. You can switch it off again at any time.
Enquiries and their status (Open, Working, Offered, Fixed, Performed), offers per client, the forward book on the timetable, and a nudge when a client has not been visited for a while. References are numbered automatically each month.
Voyage — paste an enquiry; vessel, cargo, ports, rates and dates come back as a draft for you to check.
Stowage — paste or upload a cargo list; items are added for placement or auto-stow.
Laytime — upload a SOF; NOR, completion times and key events are drafted into the time table.
Yes. Log in at app.maritime-suite.com on a phone for voyage calculation, bookings, route calculation and vessel tracking. Stowage, laytime and the full commercial desk are on desktop.

Add cargo by hand or from a list, then run auto-stow. It proposes a placement in holds and on deck from the vessel and cargo data. You adjust, check tanktop, tweendeck and deck, and export the plan.
