Frequently asked questions
Yes. Each company runs in its own isolated tenant with a dedicated database — tenant data is kept strictly separate. Access is protected by authentication with role-based permissions, and administrative actions are written to an audit log. Platform support can only enter your workspace with a documented reason, time-limited and visibly logged.
AI import runs via OpenRouter with Zero Data Retention — documents are processed and immediately discarded, not stored on AI infrastructure and not used for model training. AI processing can also be switched off entirely per company.
It is your chartering desk: capture enquiries, track their status (Open, Working, Offered, Fixed, Performed), manage offers per client, see your forward book on the Gantt timetable and plan sales visits — including reminders when a client relationship has gone quiet. References are numbered automatically per month.

Yes. The mobile version uses the same web app — log in at app.maritime-suite.com on your phone for Route Calculation, Vessel Tracking, Voyage Calculation and Stowage on the go. The full feature set is available on desktop.
Existing workspaces can log in at app.maritime-suite.com. Public sign-up with the Test plan is planned — it will give you a free, time-limited evaluation workspace.
Add cargo to your stowage project (manually or via AI import), then run auto-stow. The algorithm proposes a placement in holds and on deck based on your vessel geometry and cargo data. You adjust the layout as needed, check tanktop, tweendeck and deck strength limits, and export the finished plan.
